- 1. Steady heat from bursty loads. AI workloads spike and drop. Our modulation logic guarantees smooth heat delivery anyway. Facilities teams shouldn't have to babysit the system.
- 2. Retrofit, don't rip and replace. Standards-based hydronic interfaces and full documentation mean any competent HVAC tech can install and service it. We ship wiring diagrams, parts lists, and printed manuals—because you should never need us on speed dial to read a screen.
- 3. Outcomes you can defend. We don't sell projections. Submit 12 months of gas and electric bills and we return a site-specific 48-hour model: exact payback (typically 18–36 months), annual OpEx savings, avoided cooling load, and Scope 1 reduction (40–85%). Auditable for GRESB, LEED, and tenant ESG reporting.
